  Our
inn is the ideal starting-point for trips. You can visit Dresden which is well
known for its art or drive to Meißen, the city of porcelain, to the mountain
Erzgebirge the home of wood carver and toy production or to Freiberg to its
world famous cathedral with the Silbermann-organ and numerous closed-cast minings.
 The
mountain Elb- sandsteingebirge an erosion land- scape of the Cretaceous which
is unique in Europe and the Czech Republic nearby are also worth a trip. Of course,
we organize rides as well as events at our inn for you.
 The
quiet location at the edge of the city Dresden (10 km to the center) as well
as the close proximity to very different trip destinations, for example the
castles Schloss Moritzburg and Schloss Pillnitz, the Baroquegarden Großsedlitz
or the Dresdner Heide are inviting you to trips.
Likewise, journeys and walks through the Sächsische Schweiz are promising a good recovery which are easy reachable
by car, by railroad or by the ships of the "Weiße Flotte".
If you are interested in the Sächsische Schweiz we recommend a homelike arranged holiday home in Schöna.
 You should not miss to visit the historical Dresdner Altstadt
with the Frauenkirche, the baroque Zwinger and the rebuilt castle.
In the evening, we recommend you to visit the opera house Semperoper or one
of the numerous other arts centers.
